Craniosacral Biodynamics
I received my first Craniosacral session in 2012, from one of my teachers Scott Dobbins. It was such a subtle, yet powerful, potent and transforming experience. So much happened and reorganized itself in my whole being in one session. I was amazed with the intensity, after having been worked on so gently. Needless to say Scott had an amazing gift as well. Somehow I had the strong intention to learn how to work like this.
I was thrilled, after getting back from my massage training, to go to an introductory talk by Zia Nath, explaining that there would be a foundation training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy starting in January 2013. My journey began then.
I graduated in February 2015 with Bhadrena and Kavi Gemin ( ICSB.CH) after a two year foundation course in Mumbai, India. I continue to attend post graduate courses and offer sessions to a variety of clients including pregnant women, children, terminally ill patients and children with special needs.
Craniosacral Biodynamics or Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, subtle and refined hands on therapy, which is non-manipulative and non-invasive. It works on the whole body, unfolding the blueprint or Original Matrix of our being. It is this with which we maintain our wholeness.
Working on a massage table, the client is fully clothed and the touch is very light, moving from one position to the other, guided by where the hands need to be placed, as sensed and felt by the practitioner.
As a practitioner we work with the positive forces of health, especially deeply relaxing and regulating the nervous system. We are trained to use perceptual skills to perceive changes in the client’s system at various levels – including physical and emotional states. We work with the whole system, to aid in bringing it back to harmony and balance. This provides much ease, relief and relaxation, enabling the system to re-organize itself, through its blocks and patterns.
Craniosacral Biodynamics helps with stress – both physical and emotional, trauma of all kinds, post-natal issues, chronic pain, and digestive issues to name a few.
Sessions are usually 45 minutes of hands on work, and can be as short as 20 minutes when working with infants, children, pregnant women and any client who finds it difficult to be still. Along with taking the history of the client, a session can run over an hour.

He pleases. Hand over to Him totally the entire
